Beam Innovation is a young spin-off from the University Politehnica of Bucharest. It is a software development and research performing SME, which is currently implementing several research projects in ICT for a broad range of potential customers. BEAM is able to offer research services in a broad area, ranging from fog and cloud computing platform development and configurations, building software applications for such platforms, in a privacy-by-design approach, going to Security, Internet-of-Things, 4G and 5G networks, optimization techniques, software development and finally in mobile application development and wireless access technologies. Its main customers are in industry, tourism, agriculture, public health, and education.
